Full Time Loan Clerk • East Tawas, Michigan

Principal Accountabilities: 
 
Services customers in a courteous, efficient & professional manner; maintains a professional working relationship with co-workers. 
Acts as lead contact and takes ownership of all aspects of our Merchant Services program to include new customer analysis and pricing proposals, new account boarding, account maintenance, oversight of merchant PCI compliance and on site equipment set up and maintenance. 
Functions in a backup capacity to the Commercial Loan Processor. Prepares loan documentation, Inputs loan booking data, provides support to commercial lenders, assists commercial customers with account maintenance and inquiries. 
Inputs new installment, credit line and real estate loan booking information into the core system. 
Maintains loan files to include assembly, verification of documentation, check preparation and disbursements. Settles and balances new loan transactions 
Ensures that all applicable documentation is in-file following a new loan closing follows up on file deficiencies. 
Responds to consumer credit disputes through the online reporting system, E-Oscar. 
Maintains tickler system to assure follow-up, recording and returning of all documents. 
May function in a backup capacity to other areas of the Loan Department as needed. Cross training for backup support is common and anticipated and can include extended training in other areas within the Loan Department that have not been included in this job description. 
Complies with security policies, internal controls and procedures. 
Performs all other duties and projects as assigned.

Part Time Teller • AuGres

General Duties will include but not limited to: 
Operate a teller window, processing a variety of transactions  
Maintain a working knowledge of all retail products and services in order to effectively sell and cross sell to current and prospective customers 
Balance, make adjusting entries and prepare various teller reports  
Balance ATM machine  
Adherence to all applicable internal operational and security procedures 
 
Ideal candidate will have: 
High school diploma or equivalent 
Prior banking or cash handling experience 
Ability to stand for long periods  
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills 
A professional image
